Our first loaf and where everything started. Made with naturally gluten free ingredients and made with a whopping 50% sweet potato, this super seeded loaf is at the centre of our bread revolution!
Ingredients:
Fresh Sweet Potato (50%), Gram Flour (Yellow Split Peas, Chana Dal), Water, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pea Protein, Ground Flax Seed, Yeast, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate; Dried Rosemary, Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper.
